A complete pyelo-uretero-vesical duplication.

Background:

Congenital anomalies of the urinary tract can present with complex symptoms.
Pyelo-ureteral duplication is a rare condition that may lead to significant clinical manifestations.

A patient presented with a palpable pelvic mass, recurrent urinary tract infections, and mild urinary incontinence.
Intravenous pyelography revealed reduced renal calyces on the left side, indicative of duplication anomaly.

Findings:

Surgical management involved renal resection and pyelo-ureteral resection to address the anomaly.
The case highlights the clinical presentation and treatment of complete pyelo-ureteral duplication.

Implications:

Understanding the embryological basis is crucial for diagnosing and managing such congenital anomalies.
This case contributes to the literature on rare urinary tract malformations and their surgical correction.
