Undiagnosed sleep apnoea-hypopnoea syndrome caused secondary arterial hypertension in a patient with recurrent acute coronary syndromes. Addressing residual risks, including atherogenic dyslipidaemia and elevated lipoprotein (a), improved prognosis through holistic management.
