Pancreatic cancer care is complex, involving multiple providers and fragmented communication.
This fragmentation hinders efficient, coherent, and continuous network care for patients.
Improving care coordination is crucial for better patient outcomes.

Purpose of the Study:

To explore methods for enhancing network care for pancreatic cancer patients using human-centered design (HCD).
To identify and prototype solutions for fragmented care in pancreatic cancer treatment pathways.
To assess the feasibility of a real-time data sharing dashboard for improved network care.

A 5-day human-centered design (HCD) sprint involving experts and stakeholders from a pancreatic cancer network.
Iterative process of empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing solutions.
