Abstract:
We report the genome sequence of Rhodococcus globerulus strain AX7B, isolated from the pea rhizosphere and capable of utilizing abscisic acid as a sole carbon source. The complete genome consists of a 6.62 Mb chromosome and a 0.44 Mb plasmid, containing 6,344 protein-coding genes and 70 RNA genes.
