Intracorneal hypopyon, an unusual collection of inflammatory cells within the cornea, can occur after Descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK). Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) is key to differentiating it from persistent infiltrates.
