Abstract:
Orbital Castleman disease is rare. We report the 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings of right orbital Castleman disease in a 48-year-old woman. PET/CT showed a soft tissue mass in the right orbital muscle cone with significantly increased 18 F-FDG uptake. The final pathologic diagnosis was hyaline vascular type Castleman disease.
