Summary

Selecting appropriate housekeeping genes (HKGs) is crucial for accurate gene expression analysis in endometrial cancer (EC). Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) is often unsuitable, and using multiple validated HKGs is recommended for reliable RT-qPCR results.
