The exchange of energy between the medium and the active site

The idea of energy transduction realized by the enzyme was the objective of many studies during the last decades. This paper tries to analyze the possible effect of the transferral of energy from the environment to the active site through the enzyme-protein and the protein structure necessary to permit this kind of activity.
