One of the more stressful aspects of a malpractice case is the in person witness deposition. As a group, radiologists may be unfamiliar and ill prepared for this component of the litigation process. This article provides an overview of the process, some of the gamesmanship a deponent radiologist may experience, and tips on how to approach a deposition.
