Comparison of dusting and fragmentation techniques using an aspiration access sheath: an in vitro study

Fragmentation during laser lithotripsy with an aspiration sheath offers faster stone removal but requires more scope entries. Dusting creates smaller particles but uses more energy. The best technique depends on patient and surgeon needs.
