None:
In our process of identifying novel anticancer and infection-resistant aromatic polyketones, four products (1-4) were isolated from Streptomyces olivaceus NA07600. Their structures were established based on extensive NMR data analyses. Meanwhile, the biosynthetic pathway of Streptomyces olivaceus NA7600 was proposed, with the rishirilide biosynthetic gene cluster (BGC) analysed and functionally annotated. Of four compounds (1-4), rishirilide K (1) is a new aromatic polyketone and the biosynthetic pathway differs from the reported biosynthetic Baeye-Villiger chemistry of compounds (2-4) in the side chain of the starting unit of biosynthesis.
