The cost of Lutetium-177 (177Lu)-PSMA-617 internal radiation therapy for prostate cancer is estimated at 1,752,860 JPY per patient. This includes treatment management and PSMA-PET diagnosis fees, with a proposed NHI medical technical fee of 29,214 points per administration.
