Droplet-based amperometric sensor for iodate in table salt using screen-printed carbon electrode

A new electrochemical method using a bare screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) offers a fast and accurate way to measure iodate in table salt. This low-cost, green approach could be used for developing rapid test kits.
