Ultrasound-guided selective peripheral nerve blocks (SPNBs) offer less pain during injection and longer-lasting pain relief for finger injuries compared to traditional digital nerve blocks (DNBs). SPNBs provide superior comfort and efficacy for procedural analgesia in patients with finger injuries.
