Association Between Vitamin D Levels and Long COVID Signs and Symptoms

Low vitamin D levels are linked to a higher risk of developing long COVID symptoms. Maintaining adequate vitamin D through supplementation and sunlight exposure may help reduce long COVID prevalence and severity in COVID-19 patients.
