Abstract:
We herein describe a general photo-induced EDA-enabled multicomponent reaction between alkenes, nitrogen heterocycles and Br-Rf, offering a mild, operationally simple, and broadly applicable alternative to traditional post modification of nitrogen heterocycles. This reaction involved a cascade XAT/radical addition/radical polar crossover/radical addition to nitrogen heterocycles/HAT process.
