Post-Total-Pancreatectomy-Hemorrhage (PTPH) - approaching a new definition

Hemorrhagic complications after total pancreatectomy require a new classification system. The proposed Post-Total Pancreatectomy Hemorrhage (PTPH) classification offers a more precise framework for identifying bleeding sources and severity.
