Summary

A patient with metastatic prostate cancer showed significant improvement after receiving first-line treatment with lutetium-177 vipivotide tetraxetan ([177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617). This targeted therapy demonstrated efficacy in both the primary tumor and metastatic lesions, offering a potential alternative to traditional treatments.
