Multigene molecular testing panels demonstrated excellent performance characteristics for the evaluation of indeterminate thyroid nodules and independently risk-stratified advanced tumor stage in the Chinese population. Findings support incorporating cost-conscious molecular diagnostics in an integrated pathway along with clinical, sonographic, and cytologic features while underscoring the need for prospective validation in future studies.
