Abstract:
Kanamycin (KAN) residue is a serious public health issue on global scale, necessitating more effective detection methods. Herein, a simple yet valid ratiometric fluorescence sensor based on luminescence metal-organic frameworks (LMOFs) with excellent dual emissions was exquisitely designed, wherein LMOFs was constructed by coupling the water-stable CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots to UiO-type metal-organic frameworks through electrostatic interaction self-assembling in water. LMOFs showed obviously fluorescence change against KAN due to the static quenching and the ligand-to-metal charge transfer, which was employed to construct a ratiometric fluorescence sensor for KAN. The obtained LMOFs exhibited a wide linear range (1.0 × 10-9-1.0 × 10-5 M), and low limit of detection (1.6 × 10-10 M) against KAN, as well as good application with acceptable recovery in honey, milk, and pork samples (89.0 %-117.9 %). Notably, the developed LMOFs sensing platform based on homemade smartphone-assisted portable device was allowing for visual detection of KAN with sensitivity and practicability. Such LMOFs sensor might accelerate the development of efficiently detecting antibiotic residue in animal products.
