Summary

This study successfully used a community-based participatory research approach to create a cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) calculator for peer recovery support services (PRSS) and bystander naloxone distribution (BND). The tool, co-created with recovery community centers (RCCs), is user-friendly and provides valuable insights for organizations.
