Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the reliability and feasibility of the SkinTracker mobile application for remote AD severity assessment.
  • To compare remote assessments using SkinTracker with traditional in-person evaluations.

  • A single-center, eight-week hybrid study enrolled 28 participants (18 with AD, 10 controls).
  • Participants submitted standardized photos and surveys via SkinTracker bi-weekly.
  • Clinic-based exams and SLR photos were taken at baseline and week 8.
  • Eczema Area Severity Index and Investigator Global Assessment scores were used for comparison.
