Intraoperative Doppler ultrasound (IDU) precisely locates sigmoid sinus dehiscence (SS-deh), diverticulum (SS-div), and large emissary veins (LEV). IDU also enables real-time measurement during surgical repair and interventions for these venous abnormalities.
