Ascorbic acid supplementation effectiveness in reducing Double-J ureteric stent encrustations. A multicenter

Ascorbic acid supplementation significantly reduced double J ureteric stent encrustations. Lack of this supplement, male gender, and longer stent duration were key risk factors for encrustation.
