Trochlear nerve palsy associated with intracranial aneurysms: Scoping review

Trochlear nerve palsy (TNP) is linked to intracranial aneurysms (IA), particularly large ones in the internal carotid artery. Most TNP cases occur at presentation, with a high recovery rate within six months.
