Summary

The Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Questionnaire-7 (ETDQ7) may overestimate Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) in patients with tinnitus. Elevated ETDQ7 scores in tinnitus patients do not reliably indicate ETD severity.
