ABCC6 Transporter Contributed to Cisplatin Resistance on Bladder Cancer

This study reveals that the ABCC6 transporter is upregulated in cisplatin-resistant bladder cancer (BLCA), promoting drug resistance by regulating autophagy. Inhibiting autophagy may reverse this resistance, offering new therapeutic strategies for BLCA.
