Abstract
None:
We found that the compactness of CdS films is the key factor limiting the device performance of thioacetamide (TAA)-based Sb2S3 solar cells. By accurately controlling the thickness of the CdS films, a power conversion efficiency of up to 6.54% was achieved, which represents the highest reported efficiency for TAA-based Sb2S3 solar cells.
