Abstract:
This study aims to examine the moderating influence of lecturers' emotional intelligence (EI) on the relationship between digital art implementation (DAI) and the achievement of sustainable public sector accounting education (SPSAE). This study aims to investigate if the behavioral moral self-efficacy of lecturers (BMSE) affects the moderating role of EI in the link between DAI and SPSAE. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to assess the statistical data collected from a convenience and snowball sample of participants in public sector organizations. The findings demonstrated that EI influenced the relationship between DAI and SPSAE. BMSE significantly moderated the influence of EI on the DAI-SPSAE relationship, supporting the proposed moderated moderation framework. This study is an empirical research article supported by a robust theoretical framework, which offers strategies to assist public higher education institutions in attaining Sustainable Development Goal 4, emphasizing effective DAI and the advancement of EI and BMSE in the digital age.
