This study introduces Sonication-Assisted Tissue Clearing and Immunofluorescent Staining (SoniC/S), a rapid method for biological tissue clearing and deep immunostaining. SoniC/S achieves complete tissue clearing in 36 hours, enabling high-resolution volumetric imaging.
