Abstract
Case:
We report a rare case of pancarpal synovial chrondromatosis (SC) of the wrist presenting with carpal tunnel syndrome in a 67-year-old right-handed woman. The patient was treated with median nerve decompression and excision of the SC lesions.
Conclusion:
The median nerve symptoms resolved after surgery. Intraoperative images, advanced diagnostic imaging, and histology of the lesion are reviewed.
