Abstract:
This review evaluates remote fetal monitoring's impact on high-risk pregnancies through a meta-analysis of 19 studies. It highlights remote monitoring's effectiveness in reducing adverse outcomes like neonatal asphyxia and preterm birth, while also increasing natural delivery rates. Despite these benefits, further high-quality research is needed.
