Abstract:
This study presents a disposable, ready-to-use extraction platform based on deep eutectic solvent (DES)-immersed melt-blown polypropylene (MBPP) fabric for efficient extraction of triazole pesticide residues from large-volume aqueous samples (300 mL). The method combines thin-liquid film extraction (TLFE) with hydrophobic DESs and lipophilic MBPP, enabling rapid, solvent-efficient sample preparation using only a shaker. Optimal extraction conditions were 120 μL of DES (methyltrioctylammonium bromide and decanoic acid, 1:3 M ratio), 180 min shaking, and 4 min desorption with 0.50 mL acetonitrile, achieving enrichment factors from 108.5 to 325.3. Coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography, the method showed excellent linearity (R2 ≥ 0.992), low limits of detection (0.2-0.4 ng/mL), and good precision (RSD < 9.5 %). Applied to tea and water samples, recoveries ranged from 75.3 % to 105.8 %. This pre-packaged platform offers a practical, cost-effective solution for large-volume trace analysis, with strong potential for environmental and food safety monitoring.
