- Pain duration, Pain Detect, and SF-MPQ sensory scores predicted CSI-A (p < 0.001).

- NCM exhibits characteristics consistent with chronic pain syndromes associated with CSS.
- Multidisciplinary and integrative treatment approaches may enhance outcomes for NCM.
- Cognitive therapies combined with integrative approaches show promise for managing NCM.
