Purpose of the Study:

  • To assess the effectiveness of the REWIND (a virtual, community-based weight management program) in individuals with obesity and T2D.

  • A prospective cohort study involving 219 participants with a BMI ≥ 30 kg/m².
  • The REWIND program featured a three-phase approach: induction with meal replacements, transition to everyday foods, and maintenance.

  • This program model demonstrates potential for wide-scale implementation across diverse settings.
