Molecular triage on HPV-positive samples in a cervical screening setting

Molecular methods for human papilloma virus (HPV) screening triage showed lower sensitivity than cytology. These findings do not support replacing current cytology-based triage with evaluated molecular methods for HPV-positive samples.
