Steroid use after pediatric tonsillectomy: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Postoperative steroids may offer some pain relief and reduce nausea/vomiting in pediatric tonsillectomy patients. However, evidence is inconsistent, and steroids do not significantly impact postoperative hemorrhage rates.
