Hyperprolactinemia as a manifestation of multiple sclerosis attack

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can cause hyperprolactinemia, leading to galactorrhea. In this case, MS treatment with methylprednisolone normalized prolactin levels and resolved symptoms without specific hyperprolactinemia drugs.
