Erector Spinae Degeneration and Gait in NPH: An MRI-Based Retrospective Study

Preoperative erector spinae muscle degeneration in normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) patients is linked to poorer baseline mobility. However, this muscle degeneration does not predict postoperative gait improvement after shunt surgery.
