ROCK1 drives colorectal cancer liver metastasis via PRKCH-mediated bioenergetic reprogramming

This study reveals Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase 1 (ROCK1) drives colorectal cancer (CRC) liver metastasis by regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition and metabolism. Protein kinase C eta (PRKCH) is identified as a key downstream target in this pathway.
