Hybrid Technique for Bone Graft Fixation in Arthroscopic Treatment of Anterior Recurrent Shoulder Dislocation

Many authors have introduced various methods for delivering bone grafts to the anterior rim of the glenoid using barreled cannulas and securing the grafts in the treatment of anterior recurrent shoulder instability, including both nonrigid and rigid fixation techniques. However, these instruments are not available in our country. Therefore, we describe a method for delivering and simultaneously fixing the bone graft. We present an arthroscopic bone grafting technique to address anteroinferior glenoid bone defects according to the Eden-Hybinette procedure. This technique requires only common instruments used in shoulder arthroscopic surgery with thread anchors, cancellous screws and interesting 3D-printed models.
