Conclusions:

  • Integrating structured physical activity via ABs during school hours effectively boosts physical, cognitive, and academic outcomes in children.
  • A combined approach to ABs appears most beneficial, simultaneously fostering physical and cognitive development.
  • ABs represent a viable strategy to enhance holistic child development within the school curriculum.
