Laparoscopic excision of the sciatic nerve endometriosis

Summary

A forty-year-old patient experienced persistent sciatic pain despite treatment for adenomyosis and metrorrhagia with a hormonal intrauterine device. Magnetic resonance imaging confirmed an endometriotic nodule compressing the sciatic nerve, successfully treated with laparoscopic surgery.
