Summary

This study identified key factors influencing bilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss (BSSNHL) treatment outcomes. A predictive model using time to treatment, height, fibrinogen, direct bilirubin, and creatine kinase showed good performance for BSSNHL prognosis.
