Occlusal contact area changes with different retention protocols using T-Scan III: An observational study.

Summary

This study found no significant differences in occlusal contacts or force intensity between Essix and Occless Essix retainers after three months of orthodontic retention. Both retainer types effectively maintained occlusion without causing statistically significant changes.
