- Personalization, app/web-based delivery, longer duration, and clinician involvement were linked to positive outcomes. Acceptability was generally high, but engagement measurement was variable.

- eHealth interventions can positively influence QoL and psychological well-being in lung cancer patients.
- Multifaceted digital health programs addressing diverse patient needs appear particularly effective.
- Further research with robust designs and standardized outcome measures is essential to maximize the potential of eHealth in LC care.
