OIP5-AS1 Positively Regulates the Proliferation of Colorectal Cancer Cells by Repressing Apoptosis

The long noncoding RNA OIP5-AS1 promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) cell growth by suppressing apoptosis. Combining OIP5-AS1 knockdown with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) treatment effectively inhibits CRC cell proliferation.
