Abstract:
The popularity of yoga has been increasing globally. However, the idea of yoga is much broader than is usually understood. This systematic literature review aimed to summarise the existing literature on karma yoga while also highlighting the gaps and scope for future work. This systematic review was performed based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) checklist. After screening Scopus and Web of Science databases, 34 articles (18 = empirical; 16 = review) were included. A thematic analysis was conducted, and themes were generated using the 5W + 1H framework with a control approach. A detailed discussion is provided along four themes related to karma yoga-conceptualisations of karma yoga, scales, benefits, and contexts. Lastly, research gaps have been highlighted, and directions for future research have been provided.

Attention is the first necessary component for observational learning. It involves focusing on what the model is doing and saying. For example, if you decide to take a drawing class to enhance your skills, you need to pay close attention to the instructor's words and hand movements. The characteristics of the model significantly...

Relaxation of Skeletal Muscles
When an action potential reaches the axon terminal, it depolarizes the membrane and opens voltage-gated sodium channels. Sodium ions enter the cell, further depolarizing the presynaptic membrane. This depolarization causes voltage-gated calcium channels to open....
