Abstract:
Extranodal nasal type NK/T lymphoma (ENKTCL) is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. Here, we describe the case of a 15-year-old female who presented with ENKTCL with cutaneous involvement and hemophagocytic syndrome. This case underscores the diagnostic challenges and aggressive nature of ENKTCL with cutaneous involvement.
