Biomechanically Valid Clear Aligner Therapy for Premolar Extraction Case: A Case Report and Literature Review

This case report shows clear aligners can successfully treat adults with severe bite issues and facial profile concerns after premolar extraction. A specialized biomechanical protocol prevented treatment setbacks, achieving results with the initial aligner set.
